Working as a self-employed delivery driver can be a very rewarding job, something many of us have invested years into fostering relationships with customers, learning our patch and providing a service that we can be proud of.
We are told on countless occasions that we are building our own “business”, that we are responsible for how we grow and manage that, something that we are encouraged to take pride in, however when the terms of our service agreements are changed, or when the company make changes without notice or consultation we very quickly realise how alone and vulnerable we are.
There are laws and practices in place to stop a lot of these actions being taken but how can any one of us take on a fight against a multi-billion pound company, the only way we stand a fighting chance is to create a united voice, with the resource to bring our voice to the table, to achieve this we must come together.
Our mission
Our mission is to create a community of self employed couriers working together to create one united voice, with this we can engage more powerfully in negotiations with resources to represent the voice of all drivers!
A collective voice
We have set an ambitious target, from 0 to 3,000 members in 60 days, with an aim to be at over 6,000 members by the end of 2025.
We have a vision, a vision to level the balance of power between driver and company but in order to do so we need the power of people, a community of people that will stand together and unite as one powerful voice backed by combined resource that can force change!

Once a member of our network you will receive access to our member only social media pages, receive a weekly newsletter to keep you up to date with everything going on, have the opportunity to attend monthly committee meetings (chosen by ballot) and receive the independent support of our team for any assistance you may require for individual disputes/issues with the company
the beginning
This is just the beginning, but all things have to start somewhere! Over the next 12 months we plan to:
Hold a monthly members prize draw for cash prizes
Create a benevolent fund to support drivers with one off grants
Build an in house legal team for Free Legal advice/representation for all members
Become the voice for CHANGE, working to build a sustainable and fair future for all stakeholders
